Clenbuterol – How it works?

Clenbuterol works on the body by controlling the appetite i.e. by reducing the appetite and this leads to reduction in the amount of calories taken in by a person. It also boosts metabolism rate in the body and then the level of energy that is produced in the body is increased and this burns more fat.

Clenbuterol has other usages in medicine as well; it was also used for treating asthma, a breathing conditions in patients. Only recently the property of it to aid in weight loss has come into picture after a study showed that it helps in high amounts of weight loss in the users.

Weight losing property is attributed to its ability to stimulate beta-2 in the body, which in turn heats up body leading to increase in the internal temperature. When the temperature of body increases, the metabolism rate also increases and this is how the fat in the body is burnt.

The effect of this product varies from person to person. Already existing amount of fat in the body determines how effectively and quickly this is going to show results.

Other factors

The diet and exercise routine also plays a major role. Exercise and work out helps in building of muscle mass in the body, while Clenbuterol works on the already existing fat in the body. Without a change in the diet and no proper exercise schedule the effect of Clenbuterol is only the extent of burning 5% of fat in the body but a proper diet and workout schedule assists in burning of 10% to 15% of fat.  If a person has huge amounts of fat in the body, the reduction in the fat initially is going to be huge as well. Cycles

The dosage is divided in to three cycles. After using for three to four months, during which it is to be taken daily it is to be cut down. Prolonged usage may have side effects on the person.

The first cycle follows a pattern where Clenbuterol is taken for two days and stopped for two days. By doing so one is getting their body habituated to the product and also giving some time off in between.

The second cycle follows the pattern of two weeks on and two weeks off, it is known to be the best way to practice and gives optimal results. The user has to start with small dosage and slowly increase the dosage gradually. A break of two weeks after using it for continuously helps in clearing out the system.

The third cycle follows a pattern where the user increases dosage after two weeks of usage instead of stopping, and the increase is gradually for a period of 3 months.

This following cycle is followed by those people who have an event scheduled after few months of time. However, the product should not be included in the diet for a period that exceeds three months.
